2. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

3. Shipping Policy

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

When you checkout, you will see the shipping costs per country indicated together with the sender.

Delivery times
Within the Netherlands, your order will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days. For european/international shipments, a delivery time of 5-10 working days applies, depending on the location and the local postal service.

Lost packages
We always ensure a neat shipment of the product so assume that it always arrives. We are therefore not responsible for the errors of the shipping parties. If your ordered with a track and trace and the package does not arrive, please send us an email. We will help you further through there. 

 

4. Return Policy

For hygienic reasons, earrings, hairclips and vintage items can not be returned. We strive to provide the highest quality products, but should you still receive a faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Return procedure in case of defects

  1. Send an e-mail within 24 hours after receiving the product to info@cessoi.com with your order number and a description of the problem include photos.
  2. Our team will review your request and let you know within 5 business days if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  3. If approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return.

Important Return rules for defect products:

  • It is only possible to return if the defect is registered with us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
  • If the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, no return or exchange can take place.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Sale or Vintage items can not be returned.
  • The cost of returning products will be borne by the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • We always reserve our right to refuse a return.

5. Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for customers within the EU.

EU customers: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that earrings, hair clips & vintage items cannot be returned due to hygiene. Returns are only possible if the entire packaging has been unopened. Return costs are for the buyer and we are not liable for the return if it is lost.
